6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Chesney Consulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection <br /> and the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to <br /> the best of my knowledge, as of March 8, 2007. This was the date of the last inspection of the <br /> subject property. It is noted that Chesney Consulting did not perform testing for any adverse <br /> environmental constituent. <br /> The purpose of this report was exclusively to inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> under the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by any of the prospective purchasers of the RV <br /> condominiums on the subject property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive <br /> use of Mr. Terry Davis, the BS Family Partnership, and the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> environmental hazards. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no <br /> way assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface <br /> conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject <br /> property(surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented <br /> free from any and all environmental hazards.
