Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 120 shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans. <br /> 2. Any haul route approach within San Joaquin County right-of-way shall be paved or treated <br /> with prime coat. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410.3(a)) <br /> 3. Encroachment Permit is required for work in San Joaquin County right--of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 4.
