Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modifies,,.----� <br /> A. A soil suitabilitc�G�ercial <br /> ue loading study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank and waste usage must be performed prior to issuance of <br /> building permit as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ "" <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$_x-'0'_0 per <br /> percolation hole is required. r- <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to issuance of building permit. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the <br /> Environmental Health Division approval.
