Any dedications, improvements,or permits for State Highway Route 120 shall be as required by Caltrans. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $164.32 per additional daily trip-end generated <br /> in the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025,R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
