State Route 120 Hwy, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permits. A review fee of$156.00' <br /> is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> held area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain anv <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9'- <br /> I 110.4(c)(5)) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. If floor drains are required. they must be plumbed through a sand/od separator and <br /> discharged to an above Around system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> %us system must be designed by a registered -nzineer.
