Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 4. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br /> a. No cuts shall be made within 25 feet of any tower legs. <br /> b. Access to PG&E's facilities must be maintained at all times. <br /> 5. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and all related standards. <br /> b. All structures over 6,000 square feet shall conform with the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> C. Fire department development fees shall be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (industrial/commercial @ <br /> $0.21 per square foot). <br /> d. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or the storage of <br /> building materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for <br /> fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with Sections 10.201, 10.502, and <br /> 87.103 of the 1991 Uniform Fire Code. The fire access road shall also meet the standards <br /> of the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> e. A knox box security key box shall be provided per fire department requirements. <br />
