Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ppb. 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases 'The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on February 28, 2011. No records were identified for the Site addresses. Michelle Halliwell of the OES was interviewed by telephone on March 3, 2011. She indicated at this time that no hazardous materials incident reports are on file in the OES database for the Site address. One report for a nearby incident was on file. It involved a transformer damaged by a lightning strike at Highway 120 and North Ripon Road. Ten gallons of oil, later determined to be PCB-free, were discharged to the soil. Because the oil did not contain PCBs., no impact to the Site is anticipated. 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site-under .the names of Bob Kamps and Dan Costa. According to these records, the western half of the Site was an almond orchard from 2006 through 2010. The eastern half of the Site was used to-grow-pumpkins in 2006 and 2007, corn in 2009, and was open in 2008 and 2010. No violations were identified, The following table summarizes the products reportedly applied to the Site from 2006 through the present. The eastern (E) and western (w) halves of the Site are indicated.
