CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-73 <br /> Souza <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-73 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on October 21, 2000,which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on April 22, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley, 468- <br /> 3161) <br /> a) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's <br /> Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b) LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to <br /> this map: <br /> 1) Both parcels shall not have a width less than 330 feet.
