Hwy 120, Ripon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the previously submitted soil suitability/nitrate loading study (SR0031787) <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $650 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br /> Be advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of <br /> $130 per hour. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
