No marketing events are approved at this site nor proposed with this application. <br /> The project is located at 17000 E State Route 120, Ripon. The Department has the following <br /> comments: <br /> 1. A Traffic Impact Study, in accordance with the Caltrans "Guide for the Preparation of <br /> Traffic Impact Studies" December 2002 edition, to address the cumulative impact on <br /> State Route 120 should be submitted for review and comment. <br /> 2. Please provide STAA off-tracking analysis for all movement at the intersections of State <br /> Route 120/Murphy Road intersection. The off-tracking analysis should be in accordance <br /> with the Caltrans Highway Design Manual 6th Edition. Figure 404.5A for STAA Design <br /> Vehicle, Topic 404-Design Vehicles and electronic files. <br /> 3.
