There are no waivers for 401 Water Quality Certifications. <br /> Regulatory Compliance for Commercially Irrigated Agriculture <br /> If the property will be used for commercial irrigated agricultural , the discharger will be required <br /> to obtain regulatory coverage under the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program . <br /> There are two options to comply: <br /> 1 .
