Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to issuance of building permits or Improvement Plan approval, a soil suitability study <br /> indicating the number of employees and customers that is suitable for a septic tank system <br /> must be performed (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d). A review <br /> fee of $174.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The proposed storm pond appears to be less than 10 feet away from existing leach lines <br /> in violation of the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5(a) standards. <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Install cement surface seal around the well casing to sufficiently protect the well casing <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> -avol <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
