CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-115 <br /> Alfieri <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-115 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 5, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 3, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been fled with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Mueller, 468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substar-ially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> March 17, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be J <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be pre-.pared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and enter <br /> into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Ad;='stment.
