CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DePALMA/VILLANUEVAIQUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> PA-1200243 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200243 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on January 18, 2013,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> July 20, 2014, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated December 12,2012. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (see memo dated December 28, 2012) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> South San Joaquin Irrigation District: (See the attached memo dated December 31, 2012) <br /> An Improvement Plan application for a Private Right-of-Way shall be required before issuance of a non- <br /> agricultural building permit for proposed Parcel 1". <br />
