PA-0300082 OF ARNOLD SCHULER (APN 247-020-07) (23594 E. STATE ROUTE 120 HY ESCALON). The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for agricultural truck parking of two trucks and four trailers. Truck parking is currently occurring at the site without the benefit of permit and there is an open enforcement case pending. The site is located on the southwest corner of State Route 120 and Brennan Avenue, west of Escalon. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers the following comments: Site Approval Application No. PA-0300082 was approved by the Community Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
