PA-0300082 OF ARNOLD SCHULER <br /> (APN 247-020-07) (23594 E. STATE ROUTE 120 HY ESCALON). <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for agricultural <br /> truck parking of two trucks and four trailers. Truck parking is currently occurring at the site <br /> without the benefit of permit and there is an open enforcement case pending. <br /> The site is located on the southwest corner of State Route 120 and Brennan Avenue, west of <br /> Escalon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0300082 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is <br /> 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in <br /> force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
