Brennan Avenue has a variable existing right-of-way <br /> width of and a planned right-of-way width of 84-feet. <br /> Any dedications, improvements and/or permits for State Highway Route 120 shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
