State Route 120, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1 1 10.4). <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map.
