Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 27550). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. Provide employee restroom for market as per California Uniform Retail Food Facility <br /> Law, Section 11405. <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over. parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> D. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title.
