The purpose of our study was to determine the suitability of the property for
septic tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9-101000
of San Joaquin County Ordinance. This report presents the results of our study.
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Green Acres Produce is located in a converted barn that measures 60 feet by 58 feet. The barn is
situated next to the Amilk house that measures approximately 18 by 40 feet. A new 8-41L. by 10-ft.
handicap employee bathroom is required for the facility and will be located in the milk house.
The produce stand is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 P.M. seven days a week. The bathroom
would be used by 2 employees.
PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE / EXTSTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC
TANK USAGE
Prior to 1964, the site was used as a dairy. After the dairy closed the property was used for
farming purposes. There is an existing house located approximately 250 feet from the milk
house where the new bathroom will be located. This house was constructed approximately fifty
years ago. Approximately two years ago, the wooden lid of the septic tank collapsed and was
20-1210-99/2019RIO86 Page 1 of 4
Copyright 1999 Kleinfelder,Inc.
