Other requirements may also apply. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> 14,744/S Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall contact the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and obtain guidance for soil testing of the previously used manure <br /> waste ponds and provide the Environmental Health Department with appropriate <br /> documentation. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
