(Use Type: Recreation-Parks). The approved project will be constructed in two <br /> phases. <br /> • Phase I: One full size soccer field, two portable pre-fabricated bleachers with 50 seats each, a 6,000 <br /> sq. ft. multi-use building (which will house a changing room, meeting room, restroom, and a snack bar <br /> with kitchen), a parking area, and a 600 sq. ft. maintenance and equipment building. <br /> • Phase II: Two full size soccer fields, lighting for Phase I field only, and expansion of the parking area. <br /> • Use of the meeting room shall be restricted to team activities. <br /> In addition, the project site contains a new single-family residence with an attached second-unit dwelling. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
