State Route 120, Escalon <br /> Community: None <br /> AIL <br /> General Plan: APN: 229-190-13 <br /> Zoning: AL-10 18.3 acres <br /> Project Size: 18.3 acres Parcel Size: <br /> Well Sewage Disposal: Septic system <br /> Water Supply: No <br /> Storm Drainage: On-site 100-Year Flood: <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 5 <br /> Staff: Tina Wehrmeister CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> The applicant is requesting a Use Permit to establish a youth soccer complex (park). The applicant has <br /> started construction of the facility without benefit of the required permits. The proposed complex will be <br /> constructed in two phases and will include the following improvements: <br /> Phase I: One full-size soccer field, two portable pre-fabricated bleachers with 50 seats each, a 6,000- <br /> square-foot multi-use building (which will house a changing room, meeting room, restroom, and snack <br /> bar with kitchen), a parking area, and a 600-square-foot maintenance and equipment building. <br /> Phase II: Two full-size soccer fields, lighting for Phase I field only, expansion of the parking area. <br /> In addition, the project site contains an existing residence, which will serve as a caretaker's residence. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
