Mr. Fisher asked the applicants who was living in the residence on the property. Mr. Minatre <br /> said it was the caretaker. <br /> Mr. Fisher asked the applicants if they were going to propose any parsonages. Mr. Minatre <br /> indicated no. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr. Karam informed the <br /> applicants that they will need a traffic study and that it can take eight to twelve weeks to <br /> complete one. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements, and informed the <br /> applicants of the soil suitability study/nitrate loading study. <br /> 10:00 a.m. 2. ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. ZR-00-11OF <br /> TW NNE KEMALAYAN (C/O DILLION & MURPHY). A Zone <br /> Reclassification Application to rezone a 14.06 acre piece of property from <br /> AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve/20 acre minimum), to C-G <br /> (Commercial-General). Located on the west side of State.Route 88, 1,800 <br /> feet north of Brandt Road, South of Lockeford (APN: 051-310-31; <br /> Address: 18639 N. State Route 88, Highway, Lockeford). <br /> Tina Wehrmeister, Associate Planner and Randy Reeves, contractor were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Wehrmeister introduced the project. <br /> Ms. Wehrmeister asked if the greenhouses and housing would be removed from the project site. <br /> Mr. Reeves indicated that the existing greenhouses, housing and orchard would be removed for <br /> the new development. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked Mr. Reeves if the oak grove to the north extends on to this property. Mr. <br /> Reeves said that from the information he has received from Dillion and Murphy there were no <br /> trees encroaching on the property, but that he would double check. Mr. Van Buren indicated that <br /> in the future when the plot plan is done it will need to show if there are trees, because of the tree <br /> ordinance. <br /> Mr. Karam said that he will be revising the memo to say that when the project proceeds that the <br /> Master Storm Drainage Plan shall be revised, and temporary storm drainage pond will be <br /> allowed at the time the Master Storm Drainage Plan is developed. <br />
