The results of our percolation tests indicate that the upper clays, silts and clayey sands will not
meet SJCPHD criteria (maximum 60 minutes/inch) for on-site sewage disposal. The underlying
silty sands, however, clearly satisfy SJCPHD criteria. Accordingly, a conventional septic
tank/leach trench sewage disposal system with seepage pits that extend into the silty sands
should adequately serve the proposed development.
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development and on the site conditions. It was assumed that the percolation test result
is representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area. Our work was performed in
general accordance with the standard of care that exists in San Joaquin County. No other
guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, is made.
We trust this information meets your needs at this time.
