Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. All liquid and solid wastes from this operation are to be handled as not to cause a <br /> odor or vector nuisance or health problem (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> B. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> C. The number of animals (birds, pheasants and quail) per acre shall be consistent with <br /> appropriate waste management practices. A manure management plan shall be <br /> submitted for approval to the Environmental Health Division. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is applicable at the time of submittal. Compliance with the Ordinance Code <br /> San Joaquin County, Title 5, and the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure management plan. <br /> D. Any verified complaint upon this site will be billed the hourly rate set by the Board of <br /> Supervisors. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
