The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor to <br /> include the following: <br /> a. The first 100 feet from Madruga Road shall be paved. <br /> b. A plan for the haul route using County roads shall be submitted to Public Works prior <br /> to release of building permit. <br /> C. No excavation or stockpiling of material shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> property boundary, or the County right-of-way. <br /> 2. All private roads within the quarry shall be maintained as to control the dust. <br /> 3. A video tape of the planned haul route showing conditions of all County roads shall be <br /> made. The condition of San Joaquin County maintained roads along the haul route shall <br /> be reviewed with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. <br /> (Development Title 9-1415.2) <br /> 4.
