Sanitary sewage use, including a shower and bathrooms, will be in the self-contained trailer unit,
serviced by a Sanitary Contractor. Domestic Water will be trucked to the site and stored in the self-
contained trailer unit.
No fuel will be stored on site for the equipment; it will be brought to the site as needed.
Surface and Groundwater
Landmark Lathrop will make every effort to ensure that existing surface and groundwater are not
disturbed. Very little surface runoff enters the site, or is anticipated to leave the project, because the
project site is located within a man-made basin created by the Union Pacific Railroad and State Route
120 embankments and the San Joaquin River Levee. The proposed quarry operation is a dry mine
process with the exception of dust abatement.
a— Mine Waste
All waste material, that is material not sold as an aggregate or sand product, will be retained on site for
backfill and reclamation or sold as unclassified fill material.
Surface Mining Application Page 7
Landmark Lathrop,L.L.C.
