A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage and/or package treatment plant must be performed prior to acceptance of the <br /> application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study should address the proposed development sewage disposal system related to <br /> the current and future groundwater impacts. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates as part of study. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for approval.
