The Drawings, Applications, Reclamation Plan and Golf Course
_ Amenities Package have been prepared by Landmark Lathrop Group, LLC.,
Triple "E" Engineering & Surveying, Doug Ketron (Civil and Mining
Engineer) a Mining Consultant, Neil Anderson as Soils Consultant, Diane
Moore as Biological Consultant and Water Sample Testing by
GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc.
The Exhibits and Submittal Packages were prepared by Triple "E"
Engineering & Surveying and Mahmoud Z. Parvar of Landmark Lathrop
Group, LLC
Point of contact for questions shall be to Mahmoud Parvar for Policy
and Financial Information. (Landmark Lathrop Group, LLC Phone (415)
380-8751 or Cell Phone (415) 308-9491)
Point of contact for Technical Engineering, Gene Vocu, Principal,
Triple "E" Engineering & Surveying. (209) 983-9380)
The project site is currently in use as an Almond Orchard, which is at
the end of its 20-Year Life Cycle. There is a decrease in profitability of this
Orchard. The land Owners of this Orchard have been looking for an
alternative use of the property which has resulted in the configuration and
application of the proposed project.
The proposed project was selected for a variety of reasons.
(A) The proposed use is consistent with zoning.
(B) Although, the Golf Course is not categorized as farming, the
maintenance of subject use is compatible to the Owners
expertise and will allow them to participate and contribute.
(C) The basic elements of the infrastructure such as Water, Power,
Roads Ect are already in place.
(D) The site has an MRZ-2 overlay (Mineral Zone designation
under the provisions of the Surface Mining and Reclamation
Act). The proposed Reclamation Use as an Aqua Lake and
Golf Course would allow additional minerals to be extracted in
the future if needed.
