Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid <br /> at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that <br /> meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br /> 2. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing <br /> sewage and well information as required by the improvement plan <br /> (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 3.
