Dedication for a 20-foot by 20-foot corner cut-off(snipe) at the northwest corner of <br /> Assessor's Parcel No. 001-190-60 shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,000.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial in the Thornton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 5.
