The following items need to be addressed
and resubmitted for review and approval:
1. Septic system plan requires an engineer stamp, given the close proximity of ground water and bottom of
waste-water disposal trenches.
2. A leach field bed of 13' wide x 84' long would be a preferred septic system plan. This would allow for
additional expansion area for future needs.
3. Given the perc-test results indicating a high sand content, six inches of soils containing organic material
beneath the rock field is required to facilitate denitrification.
4. Installation of the system shall conform to the EHD approved-engineered septic system plans.
If you have any questions, please contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Sr. R.E.H.S., of my staff, at (209) 468-0343.
,OIo
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S., R.D.I.
Environmental Health Division
Cc: Anderson& Assoc.
