Fransen Property
Page No. 4
percolation rates, there is a subsurface clay stratum that may
limit the long term performance of shallow leach lines only.
Therefore it is recommended that disposal systems utilize dry wells
in conjunction with the leach lines. Any proposed system should be
properly designed and installed according to current San Joaquin
County criteria.
Based on the depth of the ground water table and the size of
the proposed parcels, it is our opinion that the installation of a
proposed septic system, if properly installed, should not adversely
affect the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information
provided regarding the existing and proposed development, the use
of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at
the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation
tests. It was assumed that the test holes and percolation tests
results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the
general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings
obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance with generally
accepted engineering principles and practices.
