CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800224 <br /> FAIRCHILD GHIO LTD PTP/WONG ENGINEERS, INC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1800224 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 18, 2018, which I& the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on March 18, 2020,which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Giuseppe Sanfilippo, [209]468-0227) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines between <br /> two parcels as shown on the Site Plan dated August 24, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the <br /> resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of-the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
