Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site <br /> sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A <br /> percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for <br /> each parcel.
