A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to recordation of decd or record of survey as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(4)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meet.,absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel.
