Environmental Health Department has determined the study is <br /> adequate and concurs with the following findings and recommendations: <br /> Any proposed home (up to four-bedrooms) on each parcel (#148) shall have a modified <br /> filter bed septic system utilizing approximately four inches of peat or organic soil below <br /> the construction of rock on each system. Any five-bedroom homes or second unit <br /> dwellings on proposed parcels#1 through#8 will require an engineered sewage disposal <br /> system incorporating de-nitrification in the design and subject to Environmental Health <br /> Department approval.
