The lot line adjustment between two <br /> parcels. Parcel One to contain 1.17-acre and Parcel Two to contain 12.92-acres. The project is <br /> located on the southwest corner of East West Ripon Road and South Olive Avenue, West of <br /> Ripon. <br /> This project will not require any land conversions. <br /> Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered <br /> species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
