Prior to recordation of deed or re <br /> cord of survey approval, applicant shall stake leach lines and <br /> property line to determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This <br /> shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. AwdV-1 <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4), <br /> E.
