The agricultural well on proposed Parcel#A must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an <br /> air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe <br /> shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite <br /> each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) on proposed Parcel#A under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department or obtain an out-of-service well permit as required (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e))and 9-1115.6). <br />
