CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0200359 <br /> Bates <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0200359 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on September 5, 2002, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on March 6, 2004 , which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-0816) <br /> a) APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site <br /> Plan dated August 2, 2002. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) USE OF AGRICULTURAL BUILDING: The agricultural building depicted on the lot line <br /> adjustment map dated August 2, 2002 shall be used for agricultural storage only as it <br /> does not meet the required forty (40) foot setbacks to house animals. <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See memo dated August 21, 2002.) <br /> 3) DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (See memo dated August 21, 2002.) <br />
