The Project property is <br /> located within the boundaries of the District. <br /> As of the date of this letter, the District has sufficient untreated water supplies and sewer <br /> capacity available for the projected consumptive and fire protection demands of the Project. To <br /> permit the District to make a firm untreated water and sewer service commitment to the Project <br /> in the approximate amount requested,C&T Properties will be required at its sole cost to construct and <br /> install all necessary on- and off-site improvements and comply with all applicable District <br /> ordinances,resolutions,rules, regulations, and policies, and state and other local laws, including <br /> Ordinance 13-02 & 16-01. <br /> Firm service commitments by the District to parcels requiring an extension of District facilities <br /> are provided only by a facilities extension agreement negotiated between the District and the <br /> applicant. Service extensions, new service connections and service to the Project would be <br /> subject to then-applicable District ordinances, resolutions,rules, regulations,policies, and fees <br /> and charges. <br /> This letter is only a statement of the District's capacity conditions and ability to serve the <br /> Project as of the date set forth above, is specific to the Project, and is issued solely for the <br /> benefit of[C&T Properties]_ This letter may not be transferred or assigned <br /> to any other party (e.g., landowner or developer),property or project without the District's prior <br /> written consent. This letter is not a contract: offer to contract, or binding commitment to <br /> provide water service or to reserve capacity to or for the Project. <br /> The District disclaims any duty to advise you about changed circumstances,new information or <br /> other changes that could alter or affect the statement of conditions.in this letter.
