Raymond Hoo -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-06-008 (MS) <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for Oro Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Residential Street. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> 5. The applicant shall submit engineering calculations and a drainage plan showing collection paths and <br /> terminal drainage. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 7. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been <br /> paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred <br /> until building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be <br /> required at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 8. Payment of 0.30 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 2 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The fee is $2,480.00 per unit for a total required fee of <br /> $744.00. <br /> 9. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 10. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> aapproval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92- <br /> 11. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, CalTrans <br /> Traffic Manual and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> Note: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> DG:SH: <br /> P:\COMA¢M'SMMYR 20 TA- bMO8 wpd <br />
