The frontage improvements for Oro Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Residential Street. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) 5. The applicant shall submit engineering calculations and a drainage plan showing collection paths and terminal drainage. (Development Title Section 9-1135) 6. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) 7. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred until building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) 8. Payment of 0.30 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 2 units shall be paid to the County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The fee is $2,480.00 per unit for a total required fee of $744.00. 9. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) 10. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to aapproval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92- 11. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, CalTrans Traffic Manual and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) Note: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
