EACH PARCEL TO CONTAIN 10,238 SQUARE FEET. <br /> 516 N. ORO AVENUE (APN 143-330-401 (PA-0600008) (MS) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> 1. Upon development, the owner/developer should install full frontage improvements <br /> on Oro Avenue,within the limits of the site, including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lighting. Said <br /> improvements should be installed prior to occupancy of any buildings/structures on <br /> this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to <br /> existing physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a recorded <br /> Deferred Improvement Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install <br /> the required improvements at such time as it is practical. <br /> 2.
