Employees were changing oil in trucks and pumping the oil in the waste oil <br /> holding tank. The oil filled the tank and overflowed releasing 5 - 10 gallons on the asphalt. The <br /> ` pump was shut off and the spilled oil was quickly cleaned up and put into a spill container. The <br /> material will be manifested and disposed of by their cleanup company. A spill report will be sent to <br /> OES.
