Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The water system shall conform to the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Department, the Department of Public Works, and San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2. <br /> B. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of <br /> a building permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> C. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> D.
