<br /> The Finircnmental Health Department has the ['()flowing concerns on this pre-application that
<br /> need to be addressed:
<br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination
<br /> report, identifying; any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination Caused by past
<br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of-non-point source of hazardous
<br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such a5
<br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. Ifthe report indicates there is
<br /> contamination,corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred
<br /> with by Fnvirunmental Health prior to recordation of parcel ntap (Sall Joaquin County
<br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)).
<br /> NOTE: This report shall be submitted prior to mini�r subdivision application.
<br /> 11, Vrivironmental health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study
<br /> incorporating the number of cows and the reduced land available for animal waste. Also
<br /> indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to
<br /> recordation of'Parcel Map (Sart Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A
<br /> nitrate loading; study is required,and a review fee of 5445.00 must be paid at time of
<br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department (effective August 1, 2003, the review fee will
<br /> be $465.00).
