f) All water lines shall include water meters, backflow prevention devices and fully comply with <br /> MHCSD standards and ordinances to protect the public water system. <br /> g) All water lines must include a valve to isolate and shut off the line in case of a leak or failure. <br /> h) All onsite utility facilities shall be privately owned and maintained in accordance with MHCSD <br /> ordinances and standards. <br /> i) Utility easements shall be provided to MHCSD on all utility lines and facilities for MHCSD <br /> inspections. <br /> j) Applicant shall modify and/or reconstruct any existing infrastructure improvements, such as curb, <br /> gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, pavement markings, signage, lighting, etc., to control access in <br /> and out, as well as parking, of the proposed daycare facility onto arterial roads and/or local roads, <br /> as approved by MHCSD. Such determinations shall be made during the Encroachment permit <br /> review process and/or prior to the building permit issuance. <br /> k) Applicant shall channelize the entrance and exits to accommodate proper ingress and egress to <br /> prevent wrong movement. A signage and striping plan should be submitted for MHCSD review <br /> and approval during the encroachment permit process. <br /> 1) Please acknowledge and note the location of the proposed bus turnout/stop along the <br /> Neighborhood Park frontage instead of this Neighborhood Commercial frontage along Tradition <br /> Street. <br /> m) Provide onsite civil improvement plans for the Child Care Center: <br /> i) Show details of connection points <br /> ii) Any unused stubs need to be capped at the property line. <br /> n) Provide cut sheets for proposed equipment (such as backflow prevention devices, double check <br /> valves, etc.) used at points of connections. <br /> o) Provide details for on-site storm water management plan. <br /> p) The RRFBs on the approved NH D Sign and Stripe Plans (See attached plans) at the corner of <br /> Parco and Modena are triggered with the construction of the child care center and must be <br /> installed. <br /> q) The species of trees called out in the landscape strip along Parco and Modena are not consistent <br /> with the NH D Landscape Guidelines. Please revise. See attachment for approved species. <br /> r) Provide details for the understory landscaping used in the parkway strip along the frontage road. <br /> This landscaping should be consistent with attached NH D Landscape Guidelines. <br /> s) Show which driveways are entrances and exits. <br /> i) The driveway on the south side of the site should be an entrance only. <br /> ii) The driveway on the west side of the site should bean exit only. <br /> t) Show the sight line triangles for driveway exits. <br /> u) Please confirm with the county that the on-site landscaping and architecture is being reviewed for <br /> consistency with the Commercial, Office and Industrial Design Manual. <br /> PA-1700168 (IP, PRE-APP), Conditions of Approval 8 <br />
