CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600282 (LA) <br /> KERRY GRIFFITH AND ANTONIO GONZALEZ/RONALD WELDUM <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1600282 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 10, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on August 12, 2018,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated December 19, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> (1) Parcels 1 and 2 shall each contain a minimum of 2.0 acres in size (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.2[d]). <br /> 2.
