4 <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-36 <br /> Smith, et al <br /> �i <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-36 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 10, 1996, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot bine Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 12, 1998, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice Iof Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> i <br /> a. Ar 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A'Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> AM new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 1 <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> i. <br /> 3.
